Prague/Brno, 27 July 2026 – Petr Šedivý, the current CEO and founder of Venture Club Invest, has assumed the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of technology company Sanezoo and has also been entrusted with its management. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and as managing director of its subsidiaries. The Brno-based company, which supplies and develops a platform for visual quality inspections and intelligence combining optical physics, robotics and deterministic artificial intelligence, will thereby streamline and simplify decision-making processes during its development phase focused on rapid scaling of product solutions and further expansion.
As part of changes in the company’s leadership, Václav Kleibl, previously a board member, becomes Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Luboš Lorenc will continue to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board, but is stepping down from his position as managing director of Sanezoo Europe and Sanezoo Solutions. Petr Šedivý remains the sole managing director of both companies. Vladimír Horák will continue at the company as Executive Director.
“The main task will be to capitalize on the solutions developed and achieve faster scaling and expansion of the Brno-based technology company, establish its further operations, and secure the necessary financing accordingly. Sanezoo has high-quality technology and an experienced team. Now we need to create the conditions for the company to fully realize its potential,” says Petr Šedivý, CEO and founder of Venture Club Invest.
Part of the plan also involves ensuring that the increased demands for operational financing are met. The company has already succeeded in securing its first millions of Czech crowns through Venture Club Invest and is now negotiating with existing investors and funds on the optimal volume of further financing.
Venture Club continues its activities
Petr Šedivý’s involvement in managing Sanezoo does not mean that Venture Club will end or suspend its activities. The Venture Club team has been expanded with Yasmin Milenu Žitníkovou, who is taking over part of the agenda. The Club continues to organize events and, together with the entire team, is preparing new investment opportunities and fund projects that it plans to present during the autumn.
“Venture Club is certainly not ending. My more intensive involvement in Sanezoo is a response to the current significant opportunity in one of our investments. Other activities continue, and together with my colleagues, we are preparing further projects that we want to present to members in the autumn,” adds Petr Šedivý.
