We would like to cordially invite you to the general meeting of SANEZOO SE. The general meeting has essentially one agenda item: approval of the subscription of founders’ shares.
In the following part, we will answer your questions and report on company news. By the date of the general meeting, we expect that the signing of the side shareholders’ agreement will also take place.
Both—the signing of the agreement and the first general meeting of the two planned so far—are further necessary steps to maintain the company’s financing, as we announced on 15 January 2026.
