Dear partners and members of the Venture Club z.s., the general meetings of all club companies are scheduled for June 10, 2024, NOTE: it’s a Monday. Please keep this date in mind. All partners will receive an invitation via email. However, here are the general details:
Agenda: approval of the financial result for 2023, usually minor losses for SPV companies. The documents can be reviewed in advance at the companies’ headquarters, daily from 8 AM to 3 PM on working days, from May 30 to June 10, or at the location of the general meetings, before the sessions start.
Location: Park Atrium, Modřany, Prague 4
Start time: approximately between 4:20 PM and 8:20 PM, with slight intervals. The general meetings are open to all partners of the respective companies, regardless of whether they have voting rights (some share certificates do not carry voting rights or have not been transferred). The final session of the Club Committee is available to all members, even though only Committee members can vote. Generally, if a sufficient number of members or partners do not attend, a replacement meeting will be announced shortly after, which will be quorate regardless of the number of attendees (unless otherwise specified in the statutes).
Note: Partners who hold share certificates must present them; otherwise, they will not be allowed to vote. Partners who have their certificates in the club’s custody only need to prove their identity upon request.

5:00 PM Venture Club LF s.r.o. (LaFluence, for future partners with untransferred certificates and fund investors)
5:30 PM Venture Club Charging s.r.o. (Greenbuddies Charging, for future partners with untransferred certificates)
6:00 PM Venture Club ZBR s.r.o. (Zebra, for current and future partners with untransferred certificates)
6:30 PM Venture Club SNZ s.r.o. (Sanezoo share certificate holders, not shareholders)
7:00 PM Venture Club SPV2 and SPV4 s.r.o. (Stavario investors)
7:30 PM Venture Club z.s. (committee and club members)
(Venture Club ERC s.r.o. and Venture Club SPV3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 s.r.o.: the sole partner is Venture Club Invest s.r.o., and the meetings are private and held at an alternative date.)
Pre-registration for the event is required (one registration is sufficient even if attending multiple meetings). If you hold a share certificate yourself, you must present it at the meeting (if it’s not in the club’s custody). Otherwise, you will not be able to vote. Future partners with untransferred certificates do not have voting rights but are warmly invited. Generally, only partners with voting share certificates can vote. Thank you for your understanding.
Part of the evening will be streamed—specifically from 5 PM onward. Information on LF, GBCH, ZEBRA GROUP, Sanezoo, Stavario, and the following Committee and club part will be available. We expect to answer questions regarding projects. Registration is for members only this time, thank you for your understanding. The next event will be open to the public again.
