The Venture Club z.s., ID No.: 054 61 201, with registered office at Konviktská 291/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section L, Insert 66843 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Administrator”) hereby informs the data subjects – users of the website www.ventureclub.cz about the processing of personal data under the conditions set out below.
SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The Controller processes the following personal data of data subjects:
name and surname
e-mail address;
anonymised data on web browsing
The controller processes the personal data of members listed below for the following purposes:
1.) Processing the contact form
The personal data provided by you will be used exclusively to answer your enquiry and will be processed for this purpose only for as long as necessary. In the event that your above personal data is processed for any other purpose, you will be asked to consent to such processing.
2.) Registration for events
If you are not registered as a member, under our terms and conditions you are entitled to attend one Venture Club event free of charge. The personal data you provide to register for an event will be used to process your application for as long as necessary. In the event that your above personal data is processed for any other purpose, you will be asked to consent to such processing.
3.) Newsletter subscription
By entering your email address, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and any other marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the link in the footer of the newsletter “stop receiving information about the club”.
4.) Running the website – Cookies
When you browse our website, we record your IP address and anonymised data about your behaviour on the site (e.g. how long you stay on the site, where you come from, etc.).
The use of cookies to measure website traffic and to customize the display of the website is necessary to ensure the correct functionality of the website and your user experience. You can also browse our website in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data, i.e. when you disable the use of cookies on your computer. In this case, the functionality and user-friendliness of the website will be impaired.
