Who is the App for?
The Venture Club Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) is intended exclusively for members of Venture Club z.s., ID No.: 054 61 201, with registered office at Konviktská 291/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Federal Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under No. L 66843, who have concluded a framework investment agreement with Venture Club Invest s.r.o, ID No.: 065 03 829, with registered office at Konviktská 291/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under No. C 283286.
By whom was the Application created?
The Application has been created by Venture Club Invest s.r.o., ID No.: 065 03 829, with registered office at Konviktská 291/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 283286 (which is the owner of the Application code), in cooperation with a third party providing the development of the Application, namely
the company MeguMethod s.r.o., ID No.: 035 21 117, with registered office at Veletržní 820/73, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 232752.
What personal and sensitive data of users is processed by the Application?
We use the information we collect or receive:
- To facilitate the account creation and login process.
- To send marketing and promotional communications.
- To send administrative information.
- To fulfill and manage your orders.
- To publish testimonials.
To record: - Title,
- name,
- last name,
- date of birth,
- email,
- phone,
- address,
- account number and
- a scan of your ID.
Is the personal data of users of the App shared with third parties?
Users’ personal data is not disclosed to any third party (except to third parties to whom such personal data should be disclosed pursuant to applicable law, or pursuant to a court order or a public authority order made in accordance with applicable law).
How is users’ personal data secured and handled?
Data is encrypted during transmission, i.e. it is transmitted over a secure connection. They are stored in an SQL database, access to the database is secured by a password. The database is on a server that is accessed through a secure account or API secured by a token. We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. However, despite our measures and efforts to secure your information, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security of data transmission over the Internet or data storage technology.
What are our policies for data retention and deletion?
As the Application does not retain any data that subsequently needs to be disposed of (as the Application operates on a read-only system and only displays data entered in the Invest electronic information system operated by Venture Club Invest Ltd), no specific data retention and deletion policies have been adopted. On the other hand, users can completely uninstall the Application at any time in case of any doubts about the operation of the Application.
