Tensor Ventures Fund 2 is a deep tech venture fund based in Luxembourg, following up on the successful TVF1. Both funds invest in advanced technologies such as: artificial intelligence, digital biotechnology, health technologies, quantum technologies, developer tools, as well as novel energy and climate tech. We invested TVF1 in 2024 and it is already paying out the first yield. TVF2 is now opening, within the first closing under excellent conditions.
The fund is open from 2025, for ten years, with the possibility of extension. It will invest gradually over 4 years, during which it will also acquire companies. Subsequently, from the fifth or sixth year, it will pay out returns for another 5–7 years. The size is 50–60 million euros and part of it is already invested in several projects. We have agreed on a total investment of 2 million euros. We are now raising approximately the first third to half of the volume. Investors will be able to join all club rounds, or just a single club round. Earlier investment will be under better conditions. Fund thesis: “We explore the frontiers of fundamental technological innovations and invest in uncharted territories. We embrace the inevitable tectonic shifts: the rise of artificial intelligence, the quantum revolution, computational biotechnology, or sustainable technologies.”
We have preliminarily arranged the investment and will confirm the total entry volume based on interest. We are currently collecting commitments without payment for now. Payment of this year’s entry is expected by the end of March. In subsequent years then always in January 2026, 2027 and possibly 2028. (The offer is valid while capacity lasts.) Investors will buy a share in the special purpose company Venture Club SPV7 s.r.o., which will then invest in the fund as a legal entity. We are also considering the possibility of entries of qualified investors – regular members – via the club fund under Section 15 of the ZISIF. Please enter commitments in Czech crowns. The actual fund investment is in euros.
