Dear members and partners of the Venture Club,
we would like to warmly invite you to DEN D, an event during which we will together recap the investment projects. We will look back at achieved milestones, share experiences, insights, and plans for the future. (At least for those projects where we currently feel a greater need to discuss them together: HE3DA, ZEBRA, TWISTCAFE, plus VETERINARY, BALA21, and TVF open to investment)
You can look forward to:

- He3DA / MES– a Czech technology company focused on the development and production of lithium-ion batteries is planning further continuation as well as settlement of loans. We already know more; we will tell you.
- Twist – the chain of cafés with chimney cakes, or florists, has gained an investor; it is certain now. We will present the options.
- Zebra – the car manufacturer is in insolvency, but we are negotiating with an interested party and looking for ways for a new future for the project
- Veterinary – a veterinary project focused on the development of outpatient emergency care, where we are considering an investment after the experience from Petexpert.
- Bala21 – a trading company and updates in the project of Ms. Hanky Krásové
- Tensor Ventures Fund – the first fund is planning exits, the second is onboarding further investors. Reported by Ondřej Lipold and the event follows the Annual meeting TVF 5.2.2026
