This year, the AGMs of club companies are held at the end of May so that we can file returns after the AGMs and within the normal deadline for legal entities filing electronically this year, i.e. by 1 June 2021.
The shareholders received 15 days before the meeting invitations, specifying the time of the meeting. Only the minimum statutory scope is on the agenda – approval of the results and, if applicable, remuneration of the Statutory Officers (only applies to VCI). General meetings are only open to shareholders with an interest in the company (ABC Space, ABC Space Be, Venture Club Invest) and to holders of investment in the form of ordinary certificates – all categories (ABC Space OCEANS, ABC Space LF, ABC Space Charging). Last in the series, the Venture Club Committee meeting follows – this will be the only one open to all members of the Society, not just Committee members.
Place and time: afternoon and early evening of May 25, in the conference rooms in Modřany, 5th floor.
