Den D 62 – we dedicate to Galen Clinic. To better assess the investment opportunity, we have arranged a visit directly to the new medical facility opening in Vinohrady, Galen Clinic, by MUDr. Luboš Kmeť (article about the clinic is here). It provides exclusive healthcare for your family, exactly at the time and scale you need. No compromises. (If you are or will be its client).
Behind the facility is MUDr. Luboš Kmeť, and the facility operates as a family business, a holistic medicine clinic offering comprehensive services. And because it is expanding both its services and investing in equipment and facility conditions, it is currently issuing a corporate bond. Instead of the usual share sale, as we are used to in Venture Club, this is a loan with a decent interest rate of 12% p.a., but additionally supplemented with an attractive bonus for a larger amount. For the duration of the loan, with quarterly interest payments, healthcare will be provided for free. (The offer applies to loans of one million CZK or more – care is valued at 80 thousand CZK per year at list price).
Since MUDr. Kmeť is a client of the same accounting and tax firm as several of our members, we can also provide a good economic reference for his long-term operations. Generally speaking, healthcare services are among the interesting sectors due to their sustainability and consistent customer demand, supported by client health insurance (and thus financing sources).

Den D is available to VENTURE CLUB members and guests this time IN PERSON ONLY, after prior registration below and signing the NDA. For members with basic membership, only after paying the entrance fee. Light refreshments will be provided.

You can also buy a ticket without membership – if you register with the club without membership and then sign our NDA via SMS (we will send it in advance after registration, and it is signed via SMS).
