How are the branch managers of the Trdlokafe group, in which we invested, doing? What are the initial financial results and what developments do we expect in the coming months?
In agreement with Radek Klein, we have prepared an evening where we want to show how the branches invested in by the club are prospering. We will look at the numbers for March and mid-April. By mid-April, we plan to have six outlets in operation. Venture Club invested 40 million CZK last year and after contracting, gradually took over planned or substitute branches so that the project could work for us from the beginning of the second quarter.
Trdlokafe is the fastest-growing franchise group, currently containing more than 400 branches of several chains. For example, Bubblify, Rio, Pizza Raketou, Trdlokafe, or newly Kytky od Pepi or My Food Place. The interesting concept of the outlets is built on a return of around three years and allows the franchisee to participate long-term in the – in our case – service-operated outlet, behaving for us as a financial investment with an interesting yield.
