Venture Club supports education and we like to invite interesting guests. That’s why we decided to invite Ivo Toman. He is an entrepreneur, mentor, speaker, who has been devoted for many years to personal development and above all – to sales. And we all sell something and we all sometimes deal with how we spend our time, sometimes, thanks to mental laziness, not on what we should be spending our time on. We met Ivo Toman at our Christmas Punch and then again now at the beginning of January – and we found him very impressive. We recommend – drop by. The “paid lecture” is sold to companies for CZK 40,000 plus VAT and with us you can have it for a small entrance fee, if not for free.

Thanks to physical laziness we invent improvements and inventions. Mental (thought) laziness, on the other hand, harms us when we don’t want to “exert ourselves” thinking. Instead of inner effort we prefer to choose easy and pleasant external stimuli (television, internet, social networks, food, chatting…). Mental laziness has enormous consequences. Because of it most people do not fulfill their potential, talented students do not finish their studies, intelligent people are not successful, etc. Our results are determined by whether we overcome the resistance to mental effort in those areas that may not interest us, but are key.
