The company ZEBRA GROUP has been facing serious financial problems for at least the last few months. After evaluating the situation, we, as a minority shareholder, filed for insolvency after exhausting all other solutions, in order to protect the interests of investors and enable a transparent resolution in accordance with the law. Our participation in the company’s bodies was exclusively supervisory and advisory – decisions regarding production, contracts and finances were fully within the competence of the management. Previous positive information was based on the official materials of the management and at the time corresponded to the reality presented to us. Our goal now is to minimize the impact on investors. We will also continue to actively cooperate with the insolvency administrator in seeking and implementing any meaningful solution to the situation.
