Prague, 22 October 2025 – Venture Club, an investment and social club bringing together 290 members, celebrated the 9th anniversary of its activities. The club, which has supported 40 projects over its nine years of existence, has to date reached a total volume of invested funds of 831 million crowns.
At the beginning of its ninth year of existence, the club summed up that in 2024 it invested a record 161 million crowns and the total volume of investments reached 781 million CZK. In the past months, the portfolio has further expanded and the total volume of funds has increased by another 50 million CZK to the current 831 million CZK. New projects have been added to the portfolio and the number of active investments has increased to 40.
Over the past year, members have contributed to the development of several attractive companies. These include, for example, the investment fund Tensor Ventures, the Prague clinic Galen Clinic, a biogas plant in Velké Meziříčí, and the innovative construction software Stavario, which has also succeeded in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking. The technology company SANEZOO, focused on machine vision and automated quality control, is further strengthening its significant position.
“Over nine years we have proven that the community investment model is strong and viable. Thanks to shared know-how and capital, our members have access to projects they might not find or realize on their own. We are entering the next decade with the goal of further diversifying the portfolio and strengthening investment returns,” says Petr Šedivý, CEO of Venture Club Invest s.r.o. and chairman of the board of Venture Club z.s.
In addition to expanding the portfolio, 2025 also brought returns from already invested projects. Club members collected tens of millions of crowns from successful exits, fund investments, and other projects. In the upcoming period, the club expects the settlement of 3–4 projects and at the same time plans to invest in a similar number of new companies.
