28.9.2017 The construction of the residential complex Klíčanka, which the club is investing in, finally started. We wrote about it in June here. On Saturday 30.9.2017 we participated as good neighbours in a local football match of TJ Klíčany. How did it all go?
Klíčany prepared two vouchers for sponsorship, Jiří Lívanec moderated the information about the construction project and the presentation of the vouchers. One voucher was given to the officials of the TJ Klíčany football team – for a set of jerseys with the logo and a link to the Klíčanka website. The event was attended by more than 100 visitors and the gift was appreciated with a strong applause. The second voucher – a sponsorship contribution – was presented to the Krištůfek Foundation – for 100 plush toys Krištůfek – the rescuer. The Krištůfek Endowment Fund is also a significant sponsor of Kapitol, which is an important mortgage partner for Klíčanka. It is finalizing negotiations with Česká spořitelna for us regarding guaranteed mortgages from 1.89% p.a. and own funds from 15%. We will see soon what has been secured.
Two banners with a link to the Klíčanky website were placed around the TJ Klíčany football field and the first serious people interested in buying a 3+kk apartment attended the event and would have signed the reservation contract right away … because there was a distribution of leaflets in the area and those interested wanted all the information about the project.
The event went extremely well. Mr. Bacina (one of the co-owners of the land and the most important official of TJ Klíčany) introduced us very well in front of the residents of Klíčany and the participants of the match. By the way, the match with Sparta Kutná Hora was won by TJ Klíčany 2:1, so the mood was very good.
We should now have two banners on the bridges – in V Holešovičky street out of Prague and on the D8 motorway before the exit to Kralupy (the next exit is in Zdiby). Three websites have been launched, the basic one is www.bytyklicanka.cz and the others are www.bytyklicany.cz and www.bydleniklicanka.cz. There is information on them that construction started on 28 September 2017 and sales will start at the end of October. And we are looking forward to that. The project has been modified – the size of the flats, zoning, balconies and front gardens have been changed. If we add the change of the facade towards a more modern concept, we believe that we have something to look forward to and the delay was worth it.
The Keystone and the 100 flats project is an example of an investment that the club is funding and involved in managing.
