To better inform Sanezoo project investors, a meeting is being organized for Thursday, 15 January 2025, in the early evening, at 7 PM, online. The invitation applies to all existing SANEZOO investors, and we are organizing the meeting following an agreement between the supervisory board and the management of SANEZOO SE. New prospective investors and club members may also attend.

We will send registered users / project investors the link to the online meeting no later than during Thursday. The conditions for participation are: a) a prior investment in SANEZOO, of any amount; b) for those who are not yet SANEZOO investors, Venture Club membership and signing an NDA are required. The meeting is not public.
Agenda:
1. During the meeting, we would like to inform you about the status of the project, especially from the perspective of business development and the related development and further financing needs of the company.
2. The company’s supervisory board is preparing a new share subscription with a contemplated price of CZK 250 per share and a possible subsequent entry of an investment fund. On that occasion, existing investors will also have the opportunity to purchase shares in the first round and in compliance with legislation. At the meeting, we will present the subscription process and the necessary steps we need to take to make the fund’s entry possible.
